I love hearing the proof of strength from my clients all of the time. Whether it’s going uninjured training for a marathon, hiking further than past experiences, or impressing the doctor at an annual physical, it’s always great to have that encouragement from someone else other than your trainer! We say it to you all the time, but it is even more validating to experience it for yourself! After all, it is YOU that is doing all the heavy lifting! Keep it up and stay strong!
